As the Director Assistant, you will work side-by-side with the Center Director to help run the school, support teachers, connect with families, and ensure every child experiences a safe, joyful, and enriching environment.If you are someone who loves taking initiative, solving problems, and making an impact every day—this role is for you.
Job Summary
The Director Assistant supports the Center Director in the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. This role combines administrative responsibilities, staff support, and hands-on involvement in the school’s daily activities.

Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Previous administrative or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
