Job Overview

Sunshine Waterfront Services, LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in lakefront cleaning, shoreline maintenance, erosion control, and aquatic vegetation removal. We are hiring full-time crew members to join our hands-on field team.

If you enjoy physical, outdoor work and want to be part of a hardworking, supportive crew—this is the job for you. No landscaping experience required—we provide training, tools, and gear.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lakefront shorelines and waterfront properties

• Remove aquatic and terrestrial vegetation

• Rake, shovel, and remove natural debris from shorelines and docks

• Assist with seawall and erosion control wall construction

• Perform pressure washing and general site cleanup

• Use water pumps and other landscaping tools/equipment

• Work directly in or near water as required by the project

• Full-time consistent work, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

• Training for all necessary tasks and equipment—no experience required

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have a valid Social Security number

• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Comfortable working in Florida weather (heat, humidity, and wildlife)

• Comfortable working outdoors and sometimes directly in the water

• Must be reliable, hardworking, and work well with a team

• Landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required

Important Notes

• This is not an indoor job—you must be physically fit and prepared for consistent outdoor labor

• Candidates who do not meet the driver’s license or fitness requirements should not apply
