Litigation Attorney
Litigation Attorney (small law firm):
- Location Boca Raton, FL.
- Not a remote position.
- Compensation - Base Salary will depend on experience.
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
- Must have 2 to 3 years plus of experience in litigation.
- Will handle corporate/transactional law.
- Must have drafting pleadings, handle business trnasactions, etc.
- Must be organized, with a clear and concise communication style.
- Must be a self-starter but wanting to learn.
Litigation Attorney Duties:
- Preparing legal documents.
- Handle court events.
- Communicating with the clients so they understand the posture of their case (teleconferences, meetings, and correspondence).
- Meet with the partners so that you can understand what is being done to move the cases forward.
