- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes for timely, accurate service.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Accurately handle cash payments and complete required delivery documentation.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning delivery vehicles, including logs and inspection records.
- Proactively communicate delivery status, delays, or issues to customers, the Store Manager, and internal teams.
- Store Operations
- Assist with store operations: opening/closing, ID checks, POS transactions, and inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Support store operations as a Store Associate when not on delivery, based on business needs.
- Sales & Performance
- Consistently meet or exceed daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
- Highlight promotions and complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product updates and promotions for a seamless customer experience.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Per state compliance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Even Better If You Have:
