YOUR SCHEDULE

This HVAC office administration position works Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm . The schedule is very flexible during office hours with up to 40-45 hours per week .

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, you play a vital role in providing excellent customer service. Your friendly attitude gives each client you interact with a great impression of our company. As you take incoming phone calls from potential and current clients, you answer questions, set appointments, and schedule home visits. To help all our teams work effectively together, you document accurate project details-customer concerns, monitor voicemails, respond to emails, and send appointment confirmations. Additional duties include: Follow up calls for billing, registering equipment and entering data, processing warranties and tracking of such, dealing directly with cities and clients on permitting, ordering HVAC equipment and supplies for the office. With your friendly and warm demeanor, you follow up with customers over the phone to ensure everything is going well. You take pride in making sure each client is satisfied with our service !

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER

Are you detail-oriented? Can you easily connect with people over the phone? Do you have a warm, friendly demeanor? Can you manage multiple competing priorities while staying organized and consistently meeting deadlines? If yes, you might just be perfect for this customer service position! We also look for:

• Proficiency with computer programs
• Customer service experience
• Inbound and Outbound Call Support
• Preferred: CRM Data Entry
• Preferred: Billing experience
