Objective:

The Call Center Sales Rep – Auto Relocation Services is responsible for engaging potential customers, building rapport, and converting leads into booked vehicle shipments. This role requires effective communication via calls, SMS, and email to ensure a seamless booking process while securing all necessary documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage potential leads through SMS, email, and phone calls.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a high booking conversion rate.
• Collect and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
• Schedule follow-ups for potential conversions.
• Notify the dispatch team when an order is ready for posting and await confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain an acceptable productivity rate and meet set quotas on a consistent basis.

Qualifications for Call Center Sales Rep – Auto Relocation Services:

Experience:

• Call center or contact center sales experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience in vehicle shipping, logistics, or transportation sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• English Proficiency C1

Technical Proficiency:

• Comfortable using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Experience with sales automation tools, dialers, and SMS/email outreach platforms.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the retail account managers.

Compensation:

• Employment Type: W-2 (Full-Time, In-Office)
• Base Pay: $20 per hour + Commission
• Commission Structure:
  • Commission is earned per order after meeting a set daily booking threshold.
  • The specific commission rate and required daily bookings will be defined based on performance benchmarks.
  • Higher performance can lead to increased commission earnings.
• Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $45,000 – $80,000
