Your Background
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
Basic mechanical skills - comfortable using tools like torque drivers, calipers, and micrometers
Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment with precision and care
Assemble mechanical and optical components using hand tools and detailed work instructions
Perform visual and tool-assisted inspections to verify quality standards
Accurately log production data using tablets, checklists, or digital systems
Collaborate with technical and engineering staff to optimize processes and troubleshoot equipment
Support maintenance and calibration efforts by reporting and documenting issues
Follow all safety protocols and cleanliness procedures in controlled environments
