Apex Claims Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Claim Account Manager to lead the desk-side management of TPA property claims . This full-time role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in communication, oversight, and claims resolution. You’ll supervise the claim from assignment to payment, coordinating with field adjusters, QA reviewers, and carrier clients to ensure every claim is handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the full lifecycle of property claims on behalf of TPA clients.
Direct and support field adjusters and QA reviewers to ensure high-quality work product and timeline compliance.
Assign claims, review field reports and estimates , and issue coverage decisions and payments.
Resolve supplements and negotiate scope differences with contractors and public adjusters when needed.
Collaborate with carrier clients to provide regular updates, receive feedback, and ensure expectations are consistently met.
Lead communication and coordination across internal teams including client services, QA, and estimating.

✅ Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in property claims handling (desk or field), preferably within a TPA or carrier environment.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in claims or operational settings.
Proficient in Xactimate and familiar with claim file documentation best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to pass a background check .
Must hold or be willing to obtain adjuster licenses in multiple states as required by client and regulatory guidelines.
Full-time availability required , with occasional weekend work during catastrophes or surge events.
Limited travel may be required for conferences or client meetings.
