Branch Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and perform the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and managing branch operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, some hands on warehouse/forklift experience, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve financial performance.
• Oversee and aid customer relationship management initiatives to develop and grow a Lakeland Florida market.
• Manage daily inbound/outbound material, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Supervise, train, branch staff to promote professional development and enhance team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of branch transactions, including inventory processing and cash management activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management systems and basic math skills for effective customer management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
• Strong analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $69,882.00 per year
