Sales Representative - Title Insurance (West Palm Beach)

*MUST LIVE IN WEST PALM BEACH/PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA GENERAL AREA AND HAVE TITLE INDUSTRY AND/OR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Our client, a prestigious financial services company, is searching for a Title Insurance Sales Representative to join their Florida sales team in West Palm Beach . This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to make a name for themselves in the Florida title insurance market and beyond.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required .
- 2–5 years of proven success in residential title/ real estate industry sales .
- Qualifications:
- High-energy sales professional** with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.(**PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC)
- Background in FLORIDA title insurance , residential real estate , RE lending, or similar fields is REQUIRED .
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships.
- Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions and effectively connect with clients both in-person and virtually.
- Valid driver’s license required for territory travel WHICH IS THE WEST PALM BEACH/PALM BEACH COUNTY AREA OF FLORIDA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a designated territory by securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize industry data to identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers , leveraging leads from a variety of sources.
- Execute a comprehensive outreach plan through cold calling, networking events, and both virtual and in-person meetings with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and deliver tailored presentations to various client audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives effectively.
- Maintain visibility in the local market by attending relevant industry functions and actively participating in community events to foster connections and boost brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing materials and social media strategies that support the overall sales objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary of $40,000-$80,000 , performance-based incentives , and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan .
