Lead HVAC/Plumbing Estimator
Lead HVAC/Plumbing Estimator job in Fort Meyers, FL
This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train and grow estimating team
- Review final estimates prior to submitting bids
- Communicate with owners, general and sub-contractors
- Build and maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers
- Bid on local upcoming medium and large negotiated, design-build, and plan-spec Commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects
- Review large change-orders prior to submittals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial estimating experience
- Advanced knowledge of Quickpen/Accubid, and/or other on-screen takeoff software
