Store Supervisor
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a dog grooming store in Delray Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule and manage appointments/shifts
- Handle customer payments and basic cashier duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support daily store operations
Requirements
- Organized and proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous customer service or supervisory experience preferred
