Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contingent resource assignment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative support within a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine administrative support across various departments.
• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and basic data entry tasks.
• Seek opportunities to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
• Receive regular direction from supervisors and escalate questions or issues as needed.
• Interact with client personnel to exchange basic information and support operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of administrative support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or more of the following:
• Work or consulting experience
  • Training
  • Military experience
  • Education

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.54/hr.
