- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and builders in SWFL
- Identify and qualify new project opportunities
- Lead preconstruction meetings and proposal development
- Oversee preparation of detailed tile and stone estimates
- Perform scope review, risk identification, and constructability analysis
- Support proposal presentations and bid clarification meetings
- Evaluate margin, schedule, and risk before pursuing projects
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure alignment between pricing and execution
- Contribute to long-term client retention and repeat business
- Proactive relationship building
- Opportunity sourcing and qualification
- Pipeline awareness and project selection strategy
- Participation in client meetings and industry networking
- Supporting repeat business growth
- 5+ years of construction estimating or preconstruction experience
- Tile and stone project experience
- Direct experience working with general contractors
- Comfortable leading client-facing discussions
- Strong understanding of scope development and pricing strategy
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Not a bench estimating role
- Not a cold-call sales position
- Not limited to internal bid preparation
