As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll work directly with hospice Clients, and support them with the following types of activities:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Delivering compassionate end of life care
Eligibility Requirements:
- Valid LPN License and IV Certification
- Valid ID
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
