Purpose and Objective:

SAP International, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Partner Expert at our Miami, FL location to be responsible for customer’s success with SAP cloud subscription solutions. Develop and implement account strategies and consumption plans that drive customer outcomes leading to renewed subscriptions.

Expectations and Tasks:

Drive engagement success across the Land, Adopt, Consume & Expand (LACE) cycle. Secure renewals, reduce cancellations and enable business to expand business performance. Responsible for assuring the continuity of the customer’s cloud subscription-based solutions and maximizing their usage at the product level. Coordinate internally multiple stakeholders within the CE&X Centers to ensure an excellent customer experience. Provide strong line of business expertise regarding transformation, business process, and

value realization to customers. Execute LoB/Buying Center level Relationship Assessments and provides implementation guidance and ensure implementation success. Develop, maintain, and action buying center and conduct regular customer success and business reviews to assess and deliver deeper customer value. Drive customer consumption and usage of all entitlements. Orchestrate success resources across SAP to accomplish customer's desired outcomes. Proactively addresses improvement opportunities. Identify and mitigate risks to current and future reoccurring revenue. Manage customer cloud and premium subscription renewals and other commercial events.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:

  • Provide strategic C-level client support in LAC to improve business processes;

  • Build integral technological business solutions for Customer´s needs;

  • Human Talent processes, Change Management, and associated digital transformation;

  • Manage engagement communications, negotiations, and conflicts;

  • SAP HCM, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, PY Management and ABAP-4;

  • SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Employee Central PY, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, Service Center, JAM, Workzone, Qualtrics Software, and HANA Cloud Integrator (HCI); and

  • Software sales cycle, including Industry and Cloud Market knowledge.

Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $151,830 - $258,090. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $216,900 - $368,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
