Marketing Automation Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities: Journey Builder & Lifecycle Automation: * Build, manage, and optimize customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder:

• Configure and maintain entry criteria, decision splits, wait steps, and exit conditions
• Monitor and audit active journeys to ensure data accuracy, deliverability, and performance

• Create and maintain audience segments using Data Extensions and SQL queries
• Access, analyze, and operationalize data within Databricks or similar data platforms
• Collaborate with data teams on data structures, segmentation logic, and best practices

• Develop and maintain AMPscript for personalization, conditional content, and data lookups
• Implement dynamic content strategies to support targeted communications at scale

• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and data platforms
• Identify and escalate data issues while documenting integration processes and dependencies

• Follow established QA, testing, and deployment procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and configurations
• Communicate risks, issues, and project updates in a timely manner
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or email marketing technology
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including: Journey Builder; Automation Studio; Content Builder; Data Extensions
• Experience working with Databricks or a comparable data platform
• Strong AMPscript experience, including troubleshooting and dynamic content development
• Experience supporting CRM integrations and marketing data workflows; Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to build audience segments and manage large datasets
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, marketing, and technical teams
