What You'll Do ...

• Lead and manage multiple luxury construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Drive financial performance through subcontractor buyouts, cost reviews, forecasting, and change order management.
• Partner with Pre-Construction and Estimating to transition projects and support continuous improvement.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Conduct project reviews and provide regular progress and financial updates to the Executive Team.
• Track revenue, costs, and schedules, collaborating with superintendents to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, design teams, and internal partners, while mentoring junior staff.
