Client Coordinator
Description
Reporting to the Cresa Miami Market Leader, the Client Coordinator is an organized, creative, and proactive individual responsible for a myriad of tasks within Brokerage support, Project Management support, development and production of pitch / prospecting materials, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, up-to-date on the latest design and delivery technologies, and capable of managing relationships with a collaborative mindset while maintaining Cresa brand standards.The Client Coordinator will also share accountability with the Market Leader with the coordination and execution of internal team events and client events.
Responsibilities
This individual will work closely with Advisors, and the Market Leader on a variety of client requirements and Cresa Miami initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, design, layout and coordinate client or prospect-focused materials; Examples include:
- Case Studies
- Event Materials
- Market Surveys/Tour Books
- Print Materials
- Presentation Materials
- Proposals
- Assist Advisors in the RFP response process by liaising with local Advisors along with the Client Services team at headquarters
- Provide administrative support on various client and prospect matters for Market Leader, and Advisors
- Meet client and project requirements in a timely manner
- Assist Market Leader in planning and executing on team events, client events, and developing social media content
Qualifications
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and limited supervision
- Ability to exercise good judgement in setting priorities and follow-through
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
