Nursing Home Staff Scheduler

WHO WE ARE: Orchid Cove @ Longwood- 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Longwood, FL is currently seeking a STAFFING COORDINATOR! We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with knowledge and experience in identifying staffing needs and creating schedules for the facility nursing staff. Starting at $22.00 with opportunity to earn additional bonus!
TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT
Healthcare Staffing Coordinator Job Summary & Qualifications:
- Prepare the nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
- You will work with the Business Office to identify staffing needs and Employee attendance
- You will also be the one to ensure that the nursing staff operates within PPD for our facility
- Must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and Agencies
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations as needed
