Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Spa Group Specialist to join the Team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $19.75 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

Describes and sells spa offerings to on site and off site groups. Oversees site tours, writes contracts, details event and executes day-of-event. Will act as a spa receptionist when not actively working on group business.

· Accurately explain spa treatment menu, wellness activations, and logistics to potential groups to ensure they are aware of current offerings and spa policies.

· Conduct site visits with sales team to showcase the spa to potential groups.

· Oversees spa group bookings including customized treatment options, negotiating contract details in accordance with spa policies, booking and detailing large appointment programs, and maintaining regular communication with group contact to answer questions and finalize guests details. Will communicate scheduling needs with assistant spa director to ensure adequate staffing coverage.

· Manages day-of-event execution including providing relevant program information to spa leadership and treatment staff.

· Responsible for collecting payment including room charges, master bills, credit cards and cash payments.

· Partner with sales and events teams to market and present spa offerings to all group business to drive top line revenue.

· Seek methods to solicit new and existing group business to meet and exceed revenue goals.
