About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on AI Implementation Manager to lead the planning, integration, and execution of AI-driven solutions across our business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — from operations and customer service to data and IT — to identify automation opportunities, deploy AI tools, and measure results that drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI projects, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
- Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate internal development efforts.
- Build and manage project roadmaps, budgets, and success metrics.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing systems (CRM, billing, customer platforms, etc.).
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize AI-driven processes.
- Champion AI adoption and train internal teams to leverage new capabilities.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing tech or AI implementation projects.
- Proven success delivering AI, automation, or data analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with CRM, RPA, or machine learning tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
