Your possibly wondering why our Canadian law firm client is looking for a UK application. The studying will be an emense task and the visa application vigourous, but then the upside is nothing less than excellent.
If your fed up with working for a large law firm with all the politics that goes around with the action and fancy relocating to Florida, here is the opportunity. The new US law firm will be representing: Small to medium sized corporations, property companies, property developers, owner managed businesses, housing associations, charities, franchises, landowners, bio-agricultural businesses, scientific, manufacturing, shipping, fishing, multi-site retail, supermarket chains, retail shops, shopping malls local authorities and HNI – private individuals.
The best way to dissolve a business or personal dispute is not always in the courts. Working in a trusting partnership with the valued corporate or private client, hopefully always leads to the best commercial, financial and most agreeable outcome.
Our client recognises and values all associated legal solutions, – involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation. Resolving the business or personal dispute begins with asking all the right questions at initial consultation.
Once instructed, our client proceeds with individual case analysis, legal strategy to be used and intricate financial risk assessment. The client is then given a choice of options that are considered the best way forward for a successful and agreeable outcome.
