**Job Description:** We're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to promote and sell Toho Bikes Tours on a commission-only basis. No base salary – your earnings are tied to your **sales performance**, with commissions paid daily for completed tours. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a flexible, **results-driven** environment. You'll generate leads, promote our tours, and close bookings using a simple, trackable system.

Most bookings are for groups of around 4 people, but you can book up to 18 people per tour, amplifying your commission per sale.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Promote Toho Bikes Tours through person-to-person interactions (e.g., networking at events, approaching potential customers in high-traffic areas) and online channels (e.g., social media, forums, email campaigns).
* Distribute your unique coupon code to prospects – each code gives guests $5 off per person on their booking, and all sales are automatically tracked to your code for daily commission payouts.
* Focus on booking groups, families, and individuals (typically 4 people per booking, up to 18) for our tours in the Kissimmee and Central Florida area.
* Track your own progress and report bookings weekly/monthly for bonus eligibility.
* Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, and tourism spots to expand reach.

**Requirements:**

* Strong **communication** and persuasion skills – you love talking to people and **closing deals**!
* Reliable transportation for in-person promotions (if choosing that method).
* Access to a smartphone or computer for online **promotion** and code distribution.
* Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and tourism.
* No prior sales experience required, but a plus if you have a network in Central Florida.
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work as an independent contractor in the US.
