We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in our journey.

Job Summary:

The System Administrator will be responsible for supporting the operations and development teams including but not limited to planning, designing and the implementation of business, operations projects, and maintaining the finished product. The Systems Administrator will work alongside QA, software developers and other technology members in infrastructure, development and production support projects.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides helpdesk support across the organization
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure performance and security
• Respond to and resolve support requests and incidents related to system operations
• Assists with Production System Hardware and Software Rollouts
• Assist in implementing and enforcing security best practices and compliance requirements
• Support backup and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Document system configurations, procedures, and incident responses
• Work closely with other departments to ensure best practices
• ParticipatesinAnnualPCILevel1Audit
• Creates tickets, takes charge of assigned projects, and routine system administration
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education:

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field or related experience

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience within information technology
• Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry

• Workstation installation-OS, Security Hardening
• Windows 10/11
• Windows Server 2016,2019,2022
• Windows Server installation-OS, RAID, RAM, Drives, BIOS
• Windows Active Directory deployment and administration
• Windows Services and Service Accounts
• Windows Server Roles & Features management
• Windows Security and Server and Workstation Security Hardening
• Windows Patching
• Virus End point Deployment and Administration
• Networking Administration
• HostedExchangeEmailAdministration -Office365
• Programming: DOS Batch, VBScript, ASP,SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, sometimes with little advanced notice
