The Position

IPG is partnering with a well-established supplier of pneumatic tools and industrial equipment, seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Sarasota. This role focuses on managing inbound inquiries, supporting existing accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial, tooling, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Office 365
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8 to 5
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and services
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders
• Provide product recommendations and customer support
• Maintain accurate CRM records including calls, emails, quotes, and order status
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape
