Our client, a trusted name in Florida’s HVAC and electrical services industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join their Winter Garden office. This role will support both commercial and residential projects and offers a unique opportunity to be part of an ESOP organization where your success drives the company’s success.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimate electrical construction projects based on electrical drawings and building plans

• Design and estimate lighting systems for buildings

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with project managers and job superintendents to capture detailed project requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors

• Prepare and submit bids, develop budgets, and participate in bid review meetings

• Track project progress and maintain bid-to-award statistics

• Generate detailed technical reports and cost models

• Stay current on local building codes and electrical code requirements

What You Bring:

• Proven experience estimating for commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical projects

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and best practices

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects with precision

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

• Familiarity with Accubid estimating software (or similar platforms with some Accubid exposure)

• Electrical Journeyman license is a plus, but not required
