HVAC Manager

Our Home Services family is growing! We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. As HVAC Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage technicians, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC service technicians to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of heating and cooling systems.
• Provide technical guidance on schematics and system layouts to assist technicians in troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.
• Train new employees on best practices for HVAC systems and equipment repair.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with appliance repair techniques and troubleshooting methods for various HVAC systems.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and refrigerating systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
