• Work warm inbound leads and close business — no cold calling, no lead generation
• Run consultative conversations with individuals, families, and business owners
• Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
• Submit applications digitally — fast and fully mobile
• Track pipeline and performance in our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• (Optional) Build and lead a team for override income

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of proven sales experience — high-ticket or commission-based preferred
• Documented track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Coachable — ego loses here, the system wins
• Self-directed — you produce without being managed
• Strong communicator who closes with integrity
• Current U.S. resident authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

LICENSING

Already licensed? You could be contracted and writing business within days.
Not licensed? We contribute $100 toward your pre-licensing course. Most people finish in 2–4 weeks while still working.

SCHEDULE
