What We Offer:

• Salary: $35,000 – $45,000, based on experience.
• Health Coverage: Basic health insurance (including HSA options) 100% paid by the firm.
• Dental & Vision Insurance: 100% paid by the firm.
• Life Insurance: $50,000 policy paid by the firm.
• Time Off:
  • 1 week vacation after 6 months.
  • 2 weeks vacation after 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare deposition, hearing, trial, and expert witness binders.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing.
• Draft correspondence to providers and lien holders.
• Maintain and update medical bill outlines.
• Confirm and track requests for NPNP documents and objections.
• Keep litigation files organized and trial-ready.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Familiarity with Litserv and medical records management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
