Accounts Payable (Rentals) Assistant-Temporary/Part-time

We are looking for a temporary, part-time Accounts Payable (Rentals) Assistant to support our rapidly growing company!

Employment Status: Temporary/Part-time (20-25 hours/week)

Schedule: Flexible, M-F within the hours of 8am-5pm

Salary: $22.00-$25.00/hour commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Research vendor history for rentals and analyze discrepancies between General Ledger and Accounts Payable payments in Microsoft Business Central

• Perform payable functions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording vendor invoices and accrued payable data


• Verify discrepancies and resolve vendor statement issues promptly


• Analyze and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex data


• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word


• Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience preferred


• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, similar ERP systems, or rental software preferred
