Flashpoint Digital marketing is seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Specialist with a focus on hospitality first to join our innovative marketing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who possesses a unique blend of marketing expertise, website development skills, and a passion for driving impactful ad campaigns and creative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive new marketing strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain engaging and user-friendly websites for the company's hospitality properties, ensuring seamless navigation and optimized user experience.
- Ability to work with numerous clients website hosting and website design.
- Create and manage targeted digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels, to drive traffic, leads, and bookings.
- Generate innovative and creative marketing ideas and campaigns tailored to the hospitality industry, including promotions, events, and partnerships, to attract and retain customers.
- Integrations with opentable, toast pos system, and website funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI of ad campaigns, to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in website development, digital marketing, and hospitality marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in website development and design, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and compelling marketing content, campaigns, and promotions that resonate with targeted audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track and measure marketing performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or related fields is a plus.
