Maintenance Assistant
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring, and more.
- Safely operate tools and equipment with accuracy and care.
- Conduct routine inspections and complete minor repairs as needed.
- Assist with HVAC system upkeep, including filter replacements.
- Support general facility maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
- Ability to assist with groundskeeping and seasonal tasks.
