Organize and facilitate all group-scheduled affiliated communication with the operating department throughout the hotel

• Meet with the guests prior to the event to understand their requirements for the function and ensures the guests' requirements are met
• Coordinate all aspects of functions and meetings including reserving conference rooms, configuring space, and communicating all event details to every hotel department
• Ensure that all events run as planned and client expectations are met based on Rosen Standards
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent certificate program, at least three years of hospitality experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public
• Proficient computer and technology skills preferred
• Must have 5+ years previous Convention Services Management experience
• Heavy Banquet Catering & Menu Development Knowledge
• First 90 days the position is onsite
