Stay compliant with health regulations and company policies.   Sales & Marketing Leadership: Plan and execute creative local marketing and community outreach campaigns. Promote brand awareness through social media, in-store events, and strategic partnerships. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Champion the culture of hospitality in every promotion and guest interaction.   Financial Responsibility: Achieve and exceed sales goals while controlling labor and operating costs. Manage budgets, payroll, and other assets with strong attention to detail. Drive profitability without compromising quality or team wellbeing. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor stock and conduct regular inventory audits. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality, responsibly-sourced ingredients.
