Overview
We're looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate works efficiently under pressure, keeps up with the pace of a busy kitchen, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Operate and maintain dish machines and washing equipment properly.
• Keep the dish pit organized and stocked with clean dishes, utensils, and supplies for service.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish area throughout the shift.
• Empty trash and recycling as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks or deliveries when needed.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure clean dishes are available when needed during busy periods.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized during high-volume periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to help with other kitchen tasks as needed.
