Logistics Services Director

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establishing common goals, governance, and decision-making framework

• Leading and managing the internal manufacturing ERP launch

• Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors

This role will provide risk mitigation for a high-impact program including:

• Implementing a structured program methodology

• Identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and change-management risks

• Maintaining rigorous oversight on scope, schedule, and quality

• Serving as an executive point of escalation

• Provide technical and operational expertise to support current and future operations

• Ensure manufacturing and supply chain best practices are designed into the ERP configuration

• Validate that system capabilities meet industry-specific needs (traceability, serialization, forecasting, etc.)

• Oversee integration with MES, PLM, SCM, and customer portals

• This role will provide organizational change leadership:
  Lead change-management strategy, communication, and training

• Champion new processes and behaviors

• Support leaders and teams in the transition to standardized workflows

The director role will maximize ROI and long-term value of the ERP implementation by ensuring:

• Realization of operational performance improvements

• Alignment of ERP capabilities to financial and customer outcomes

• Continuous optimization post-go-live

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$148,900.00 - $295,625.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
