We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Broker to join our Casualty Lines team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to the success of a leading organization in the insurance industry.

As an Inside Broker for Casualty Lines, you will:

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.

• Placement and Negotiation:

  • Work with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for casualty insurance policies.
  • Identify and secure the best possible terms for clients while adhering to company guidelines.

• Risk Analysis:

  • Assess and analyze client risks to determine appropriate coverage options.
  • Provide expert advice on casualty insurance products and market trends.

• Collaboration:

  • Partner with senior brokers, underwriters, and other team members to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Support the team in achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and binders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
