You’ll lead the development of scalable, performant, and innovative solutions across the stack—front-end, back-end, and infrastructure—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. Accountabilities:

• Design and build end-to-end solutions powering a robust marketing platform, targeting users across devices and platforms.
• Develop and optimize both front-end interfaces and back-end services with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and propose improvements to existing systems and workflows.
• Champion best practices in testing, observability, and code quality.
• Participate in peer code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps practices.
• Continuously explore and integrate AI productivity tools to enhance engineering efficiency.

• 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and React.js, including state management, async programming, and modern React (Hooks, Suspense, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience using TypeScript, especially in Node.js server environments and with strong typing standards.
• Proven expertise in HTML/CSS including responsive design, CSS architecture, accessibility (WCAG), and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL (with query optimization and schema design).
• Solid testing skills using unit and integration test frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build systems.
• Comfort using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
