Office Administration Position

We are seeking a mature self motivated individual, who is an independent thinker and highly energetic for a small fast growing and very fast paced company. We rely on accountability and dependability so the office processes run smoothly.

The applicant must have full working knowledge of QuickBooks with a minimum of 2 yrs experience and accounting basic skills and understanding. Background check will be required.

Successful candidates will be well organized, detail oriented, have excellent bookkeeping, writing and communication skills. We expect this person to have prior professional small business experience and a stable work history which demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic and dependability.

Qualifications

-Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED and office experience -Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook). -Bookkeeping skills-QuickBooks Experience .-Strong communication skills ,ability to multitask and exceptional attention to detail.-Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.-English (Required)- Must feel comfortable speaking on the phone.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

-This individual will be responsible for entering and paying bills, working with accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks needed in the office.

-Run errands as needed . ( Must be able to drive )
