SmileWorks Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics is a thriving, dual-specialty practice serving families across the Tallahassee and Crawfordville communities and we're growing. We're looking for a General Dentist who loves working with children to join our team and deliver the kind of warm, high-quality care that's made us a trusted name in the Leon County. If you light up when a nervous six-year-old leaves smiling, you'll fit right in here. What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive general and pediatric dental care exams, restorative work, preventive treatment, and behavior guidance for kids of all ages
- Work alongside board-certified pediatric dentists and orthodontists in a collaborative, specialty-supported environment
- Build lasting relationships with families who return year after year
- Practice modern dentistry with the tools to back it up (Open Dental, iTero, Overjet, DentalMonitoring, and a fully digital workflow)
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one before start)
- Genuine enthusiasm for treating children pediatric residency or chairside experience with kids is a strong plus
- A team player who values patient experience as much as clinical excellence

- Established, busy patient base no need to build from scratch
- Specialty support on-site: refer complex ortho and pediatric dental cases down the hall, not across town
