Skilled Trades Staffing Recruiter
- Location: Rockledge, FL (Corporate Office – Onsite Only)
- Pay Range: $50,000-$65,000/yr (based on experience) + $2,000–$4,000 in monthly incentives
- Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
- Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
