ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the Business Support services department (manager) to complete the required functions including implementation, customer service, product development, and risk management.
- Support Business Support services’ sales strategy to increase market penetration and maximize revenue.
- Work closely with sales team to provide banking solutions to customers and prospects.
- Maintain industry knowledge of Business Support services solutions, pricing, and products to keep the bank’s Business Support services products current and competitive.
- Evaluate and implement new products as necessary.
- Respond to direct customer questions and route questions from branches, operations, and sales-team.
- Monitor product vendor communications on enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features, and functionality.
- Monitor customer usage to identify and remediate customer attrition, maximize fee income, and maintain sound risk management practices.
- Assist the Business Support Manager with various management and audit reports on customers.
- Responsible for compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations impacting cash management services.
- Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school education required, Bachelor's degree, or some college preferred.
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, 10-key.
- Ability to work in US without sponsorship.
- 2+ years of banking experience with cash management products preferred.
- Strong customer service background required.
- Technological competencies to understand, operate, and explain the bank's products and support programs.
- Strong ability to use written and verbal communication effectively with customers and staff.
- Patience to deal with accounting errors or problems.
- High level proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
- Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
- Able to perform other duties as assigned.
