1. Daily payout of TIPS
2. Weekly paychecks, EVERY FRIDAY!

We are looking for professional, high energy bartenders with excellent communication skills to serve classic cocktails, wines, and exciting new craft cocktails to our guests! To succeed as a bartender, you should have be engaging, have a friendly personality, and be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable . Bartenders report directly to the GM, and coordinate with other FOH Staff and Kitchen Staff throughout service to ensure all guests of Fin & Tonic are receiving a 5-Star Experience.

1. Welcome your guests, read & listen to them to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink orders. Always checking identification to ensure the customer is of legal age to purchase alcohol.
2. Weekend shifts & available flexibility are a MUST.
3. TOAST POS system knowledge is a MUST. You'll be taking customized & detailed orders, processing payments/money handling.
4. Maintain working knowledge of cocktail, wine and menu items, ingredients, allergens, etc.
5. Other standard service duties, such as opening/closing restaurant as scheduled, helping with banquets and events, other duties as assigned by your management team.

Qualifications:

1. Availability to work nights weekends and holidays.
2. Positive engaging, personality and professional appearance.
3. Strong task and time management abilities.
4. Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods and lift up up to 50lbs.
