What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve meals in the café and assist with prep cooking
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen areas, tools, and equipment
• Perform daily, weekly, and routine cleaning tasks, including occasional dish room support
• Mentor fellow team members in proper cleaning practices
• Report any equipment damage or needed repairs promptly
• Assist with food safety record-keeping, including food and refrigeration temperature logs

What You'll Need:

• Prep cook and food handling experience (required)
• Basic understanding of food service operations (required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (required)
• Experience in customer service (strongly preferred)
