About the Position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Years of Experience: 1 years
- Flu Vaccine Required
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required
- Certifications: BLS
- Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only
- Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
- IV skills and wound care
- General Medical Dx
- High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke
- Post-op care

- Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
