Outside Sales Representative

College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving – Jacksonville, FL

We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales professional to help grow our residential and commercial moving and junk removal business throughout the Jacksonville area.

This is a hybrid role combining:

1. outside sales
2. relationship building
3. in-person estimates
4. inbound sales opportunities

You will work with company-provided leads and develop relationships in the local market.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and building business relationships in the community.

What You’ll Do

1. Run residential and commercial moving estimates
2. Follow up with customers and close sales
3. Build relationships with:
4. Realtors
5. Property managers
6. Apartment communities
7. Senior living facilities
8. Local businesses
9. Generate referral and repeat business
10. Prospect and network throughout the Jacksonville area
11. Help grow commercial and recurring accounts

Compensation

1. Base Salary
2. Commission on both company-provided leads and self-generated business
3. Uncapped earning potential

Successful candidates can build a high income by consistently developing relationships and generating repeat business.

5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Some sales experience is required, preferably outside sales, but personality, work ethic, and attitude matter more. Moving Industry experience is not required.
