About the Role
We are building a bench of Groundskeeper/Porter for multiple multifamily communities across the Tampa Bay area. We have ongoing openings in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Plant City, Bradenton, Dade City, and surrounding cities. You will help keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily, pick up trash, and empty common-area receptacles.

• Clean breezeways, stairwells, leasing office, and amenity spaces.

• Assist with light landscaping: blowing, sweeping, watering, raking.

• Help maintenance team with basic tasks like organizing the shop and delivering notices.

• Report safety hazards, damage, and maintenance needs immediately.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, porter, or general labor experience preferred.

• Able to work outdoors in all weather and walk the property throughout the day.

• Able to lift up to [X] lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet most of the shift.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
