Naples Lumber and Supply is seeking Window Customer Service Technician, we are a high-volume supplier of lumber, millwork, hardware, windows, and doors, concentrating mainly in the custom home market.

Job Description:

A Naples Lumber Window Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing professional customer service to our customers.

This is accomplished by assisting customers with their window service needs and working together with the team to achieve excellent results.

A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.

Job Summary:

· Provides superior customer service while ensuring sales and profit goals are met

· Supports our window department and, contractors and customers as directed

· Identifies personal growth needs and learning opportunities

· Commits to continued learning on products, packages, procedures and more

Requirements to be considered for the Position:

· Previous experience in a customer service environment

· Friendly, outgoing personality

· Ability to effectively communicate with others

- Window knowledge helpful

· Ability to participate effectively as a team member

- Ability to lift 50 pounds, be able to bend, stand, lift and have full mobility as this can be a physically demanding job.
