Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Tampa, FL, offering positions within an educational setting. These roles are focused on providing speech therapy services as well as conducting evaluations for young children, contributing to early intervention efforts. The contract extends through the end of May.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as SLP-CCC or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Valid Florida SLP license (SLPA candidates will not be considered)
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, especially in school settings

Position Details:

• Location: Various sites across Tampa, FL
• Duration: Immediate start through May 23rd
• Schedule: 7.5-hour workdays, onsite only
• Roles Available: Four days per week providing therapy at one elementary school and one day per week at another; these days may be combined or separated Evaluation-focused positions working exclusively with three-year-old preK students within a child find program to determine eligibility for speech services (positions may be part-time or full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct evaluations for early identification of speech and language needs
• Collaborate with full-time district SLPs and educational staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district requirements
